where is my order confirmation

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.

I Don't know what size to order

If you are note sure which size to order, it is much easier to get it right, rather than returning later. Please see our size guide page, or alternatively email us at woof@happyhoundaccessories.com with your dogs neck measurement.

Can I Amend my order

If you need to add, change to remove something from your order, please email us straight away at woof@happyhoundaccessories.com and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds on customised or personalised products.


We really hope you love your purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.
