It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability of our products for your pets, we recommend that you check regularly for any signs of wear.
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. All we ask is that items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused, pristine condition with original tags attached & free from any dog hair for a refund of the purchase price minus any P&P costs.
